การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกที่มีหลักสูตรสาขาการท่องเที่ยวและการโรมแรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน วิทยาเขตสุรินทร์ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือนักศึกษาสาขาการท่องเที่ยวและการโรงแรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราช มงคลอีสานวิทยาเขตสุรินทร์ จำนวน 56 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย ส่วนที่ 1 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ส่วนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตร สาขาการท่องเที่ยวและการโรงแรม ลักษณะคำถามเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ส่วนที่ 3 ข้อเสนอแนะอื่นๆ เพื่อให้ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามแสดงความพึงพอใจเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตร สาขาการท่องเที่ยวและการโรงแรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน วิทยาเขตสุรินทร์ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายเปิด โปรแกรมที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ โปรแกรม SPSS ประกอบด้วย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรของนักศึกษาสาขาการท่องเที่ยวและการโรมแรม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านหลักสูตรเป็นอันดับที่ 1 รองลงมาด้าน ภาพลักษณ์ของมหาวิทยาลัย และด้านเหตุผลส่วนตัว คำสำคัญ: ความพึงพอใจ, หลักสูตร
