จัดกิจกรรมสืบสานคุณค่าประเพณีสงกรานต์ ระหว่างวันที่ ๗ – ๘ เม.ย. ๒๕๕๔ ณ บริเวณหน้าหอประชุมใหญ่และหน้าหอประชุมเล็ก ศูนย์วัฒนธรรมแห่งประเทศไทย โดยใช้ชื่อ งาน “สงกรานต์…สายน้ำแห่งคุณค่า มรดกแห่งวัฒนธรรม” กิจกรรมประกอบด้วย

การประกวดการก่อพระเจดีย์ทราย
