1. รวบรวมเอกสารในการเบิกสินค้าของแต่ละแผนก ( ร้านอาหาร / ร้านขายของ / ฝ่ายผลิต / เชียงใหม่ / สมุย / ภูเก็ต / BAC ) อาจจะมี พัทยา หรือสาขาที่รับสินค้าเราไปขาย
2. เช็คจำนวนในการเบิกสินค้า หรือ เช็คสินค้าว่ามีสินค้าหรือเหลือจำนวนพอที่เราต้องการจาก Excel
3. เปิดโปรแกรม Seniorsoft
4. ทำใบเบิก ตรวจสอบ ปริ้นเอกสาร และส่งให้ ...... ตรวจสอบอีกครั้ง
5. รับเอกสารจาก ....... รวมน้ำหนักเนื้อสัตว์ (แต่ต้องแยกประเภทระหว่างเนื้อไก่ กับ เนื้อวัว)
6. เมื่อได้ผลรวมน้ำหนัก จะต้องทำเอกสารแจ้งกรมปศุสัตว์ ว่าเราจะมีการเคลื่อนย้ายเนื้อไปตามสถานที่สาขาต่างๆ
7. เก็บเอกสารเข้าแฟ้ม และ ส่งเอกสารให้กับคนส่งสินค้า
