การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพื่อพัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน วิชาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เรื่องระบบสื่อสารข้อมูลและเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนนวลนรดิศวิทยาคม รัชมังคลาภิเษก ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 80/80 เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียนก่อนเรียนกับหลังเรียนด้วยบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน และเพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น
กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2/5 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2557 โรงเรียนโรงเรียนนวลนรดิศวิทยาคม รัชมังคลาภิเษก แขวงบางบอน เขตบางบอนจังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 16 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง จากประชากรทั้งหมด 132 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เรื่องระบบสื่อสารข้อมูลและเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนนวลนรดิศวิทยาคม รัชมังคลาภิเษก แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน แบบประเมินคุณภาพของบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบสมมติฐานการวิจัยด้วยสถิติ t-test


ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน วิชาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เรื่องระบบสื่อสารข้อมูลและเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ที่สร้างขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพ 82.00/85.25 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดคือ 80/80 ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่ใช้บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน วิชาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เรื่องระบบสื่อสารข้อมูลและเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปี 2 โรงเรียนนวลนรดิศวิทยาคม รัชมังคลาภิเษก หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนโดยใช้บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน วิชาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เรื่องระบบสื่อสารข้อมูลและเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนนวลนรดิศวิทยาคม รัชมังคลาภิเษก อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.99 สรุปว่าบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนที่สร้างขึ้น สามารถนำไปใช้ในการเรียนการสอนได้อย่างเหมาะสม
