ในความคิดของฉัน กฎหมายและจริยธรรมมีความสำคัญมากเพราะกฎหมายคือกฎเกณฑ์ของสังคมที่ทำให้สังคมมีความเป็นระเบียบและมีการพัฒนา กฎหมายคือคำสั่งหรือข้อบังคับของรัฐที่รัฐนำมาใช้เพื่อควบคุมความประพฤติของมนุษย์ในสังคม หากผู้ใดกระทำผิดต้องได้รับการลงโทษ ถ้าไม่มีกฎหมายเป็นข้อบังคับ มนุษย์ก็จะทำอะไรตามใจตนเองโดยไม่สนใจในกฎเกณฑ์ จนบางครั้งอาจจะทำให้ผู้อื่นเดือดร้อน ทำให้สังคมเกิดปัญหา เกิดความขัดแย้งเพราะไม่มีกฎหมายเข้าไปจัดการให้ความเป็นธรรม
