คนพิการที่มีบัตรประจำตัวคนพิการแล้วสามารถยื่นคำขอใช้สิทธิประโยชน์สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอันเป็นสาธารณะ ตลอดจนสวัสดิการและความช่วยจากรัฐตามมาตรา 20 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติส่งเสริมและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการ พ.ศ.2550 และที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม (ฉบับที่ 2) พ.ศ.2556 หรือ ตามกฎหมายอื่นกำหนด ได้แก่
