➧ สพป.สป.2 : เมื่อ 1 ตุลาคม 2558 นายศักดิ์นิพน สว่างวงศ์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 (สพป.สป.2) ให้นโยบายการดำเนินการทดสอบการอ่านออกเขียนได้ของนักเรียนชั้น ป.1 แก่ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในสังกัด ซึ่งจะดำเนินการในวันที่ 5 ตุลาคม 2558 พร้อมกันทั่วประเทศ โดยจะดำเนินการวัดสมรรถนะด้านการอ่านออก อ่านรู้เรื่องและเขียนได้ เน้นการประเมินผลที่เป็นรูปธรรม ตามนโยบาย “เด็กที่จบชั้น ป.1 ต้องอ่านออกเขียนได้และต้องมีระบบการประเมินที่เป็นรูปธรรม”
