หากประเทศไทยจะนำระบบคณะลูกขุนดั่งเช่นประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกามาปรับใช้กับศาลไทย จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อคนไทยได้หรือไม่ และช่วยการวินิจฉัยชี้ขาดข้อเท็จจริงนั้นรวดเร็วขึ้นหรือมีความยุติธรรมที่มากยิ่งขึ้นได้หรือไม่
