บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางคูรัด โดยการศึกษากลุ่มประชากรจาก ผู้ปกครองเด็กของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กองค์การองค์บริหารส่วนตำบลบางคูรัด ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระในครั้งนี้ จำนวน 170 คน โดยมีเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณ ค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation)

ผลการศึกษาค้นคว้า พบว่า ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางคูรัด เกณฑ์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับตามค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ งานด้านส่งเสริมเครือข่ายการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย งานด้านวิชาการและกิจกรรมตามหลักสูตร งานด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและสนับสนุนจากทุกภาคส่วน งานด้านการบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก งานด้านบุคลากร และงานด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม

แนวทางการพัฒนาความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางคูรัด คือ ขอความอนุเคราะห์จากผู้ปกครองเข้ามาช่วยเหลือกิจกรรมต่างๆของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ควรมีการประชาสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อผู้ปกครองจะได้รับทราบข้อมูลต่างๆจากทางศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก และให้ความสำคัญกับผู้ปกครองในการให้ข้อเสนอแนะต่างๆในการพัฒนาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางคูรัดให้มีประสิทธิภาพในการพัฒนางานต่างๆต่อไปให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
