1. พนักงานจะต้องทำข้อสอบให้ได้คะแนนเต็มถึงจะผ่านเกณฑ์
2. ถ้ามีข้อใดผิด ส่งกลับให้พนักงานทำใหม่
3. ถ้าทำ 3 ครั้งแล้วยังไม่ผ่าน ให้หัวหน้างานทำดังต่อไปนี้ตามลำดับ
1. หักคะแนนการทำงาน 10 คะแนน
2. ให้พนักงานคนนั้นหยุดการทำงาน
3. อบรมพนักงานอีกครั้ง
4. ให้ทำข้อสอบใหม่อีกครั้ง
5. ถ้ายังไม่ผ่านให้บอกคำตอบที่ถูกต้องในข้อนั้นๆ และหักคะแนนอีก 10 คะแนน
6. ให้พนักงานทำข้อสอบใหม่ทั้งหมด
การอบรมพนักงานใหม่
1. อบรมตามแผนเอกสาร Skill Map
2. การเช็ค 100% ต้องให้พนักงานเก่าเช็คงานของพนักงานใหม่ซ่ำอีกครั้งเป็นเวลา 1 เดือน
เพื่อเป็นการทวนสอบว่าพนักงานใหม่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการตรวจสอบมากน้อยเพียงใด
3. หลังจากเช็คงานได้ 1 เดือน จะมีการทดสอบ(ปฏิบัติ) พนักงานต้องผ่านเกรณฑ์การประเมิณ
จึงจะสามารถเช็คงานได้ ถ้าไม่ผ่านให้หัวหน้างานทำการอบรมพนักงานใหม่
