หน่วยธุรกิจภาคพื้น จะประจำที่ท่าอากาศยานต่างๆ เพื่อปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในการให้บริการดูแลผู้โดยสาร ดังนี้
- ดูแลอำนวยความสะดวกทั่วไปแก่ผู้โดยสารก่อนการเดินทาง
- ตรวจรับบัตรโดยสาร ( Check-in )
- ตรวจรับบัตรโดยสารขึ้นเครื่อง (Boarding Pass) ณ ประตูทางออกขึ้นเครื่อง
- ปฏิบัติงานรับส่งผู้โดยสารขาเข้า-ขาออก ณ อาคารในประเทศและอาคารระหว่างประเทศ
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารประกอบการบิน
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจคนเข้าเมืองและศุลกากร
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
