และค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุดคือ ขาดความรู้ในหลักไวยากรณ์ภาษาอังกฤษ ทำให้ไม่สามารถเรียบเรียงประโยคที่จะพูดได้ มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.55
