ตั้งอยู่ทางทิศตะวันออกของพระเจดีย์ สมเด็จกรมพระราชวังบวร มหาศักดิพลเสพทรงสร้างขึ้นพร้อมกับพระอุโบสถในรัชสมัยพระบาทสมเด็จพระนั่งเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว เป็นอาคารทรงเก๋งจีนขนาดยาว ๕ ห้อง กว้าง ๒ ห้อง มีประตูทางเข้าออกด้านหน้าและด้านหลังด้านละ ๑ บาน น้าต่างด้านละ ๕ บาน ประตูหน้าต่างรดน้ำปิดทองลายกระบวนจีน ซุ้มประตูหน้าต่างภายนอกประดับด้วยปูนปั้นปิดทอง ลายดอกพุดตานใบเทศ ศาสตราวุธ รองรับด้วยปูนปั้นเสารูปเกลียว มีชานชาลาโดยรอบ หลังคาทรงเก๋งจีนมุงกระเบื้องกาบกล้วย หน้าบันประดับด้วยกระเบื้องเคลือบสีเขียว ส้ม ชมพู เป็นลายดอกพุดตานใบเทศ

จิตรกรรมฝาผนังภายในหอพระไตรปิฎกเป็นราวต่างๆ ดังนี้

๑ จิตรกรรมบนผนังตอนล่างระหว่างช่องประตูหน้าต่าง เป็นเรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับประเพณีทางพุทธศาสนา

๒ จิตรกรรมบนผนังตอนบนเหนือช่องประตูหน้าต่างเป็นเรื่องการทำสังคายนาพระไตรปิฎกตั้งแต่การทำปฐมสังคายนา จนถึงการสังคายนาครั้งที่ ๔

๓ จิตรกรรมที่บนหน้าต่างด้านในเขียนเป็นลวดลายสัญลักษณ์มงคลของจีน

๔ จิตรกรรมที่บานประตูด้านทิศเหนือและทิศใต้เขียนเป็นภาพทวารบาลแบบจีน

๕ จิตรกรรมที่กกประตูหน้าต่างเขียนเป็นรูปกอบัว



ศาลาการเปรียญ

ศาลาการเปรียญ สร้างสมัยเดียวกับพระอุโบสถและหอพระไตรปิฎก ตั้งอยู่ทางทิศตะวันตกของพระเจดีย์ ภายในประดิษฐานพระพุทธรูปลีลาสมัยสุโขทัย ๓ องค์ องค์กลางมีขนาดใหญ่กว่ายกพระหัตถ์ซ้าย องค์ขนาบข้างมีขนาดย่อมลงมายกพระหัตถ์ขวาองค์หนึ่ง ยกพระหัตถ์ซ้ายองค์หนึ่ง ศาลาการเปรียญได้รับการบูรณะทั้งหลังเมื่อ พุทธศักราช ๒๔๕๑ แต่เดิมศาลาการเปรียญนี้ใช้เป็นที่แสดงธรรมเทศนาซึ่งมีประจำทุกวัน และมีเครื่องกัณฑ์เทศน์ของหลวง คือ ผ้าอาบน้ำฝนผืนหนึ่ง ๗ วันยก ธรรมเนียมนี้มีมาตั้งแต่รัชกาลที่ ๓ หรือในรัชกาลที่ ๔ ไม่ปรากฏแน่ชัด เพราะแต่เดิมไม่ได้มีธรรมเทศนาประจำทุกวันคงมีแต่วันที่มีผู้ต้องการจะฟัง และนิมนต์พระไปแสดงเช่นในเทศกาลเข้าพรรษา บางคราวไม่สามารถเข้าไปภายในศาลาการเปรียญได้เพราะผู้รักษาใส่กุญแจ ผู้ที่ปรารถนาจะฟัง ต้องนิมนต์พระไปแสดงบนแท่นปูนทางทิศใต้ของศาลาการเปรียญก็มี ในเทศกาลเข้าพรรษาเคยมีผู้มาพักค้างพรรษาในศาลาการเปรียญ



ศาลาฤๅษี ๔ หลัง
