ซึ่งเดิมนิติบุคคลได้จัดเก็บค่าส่วนกลาง 45 บาท/ตารางเมตร/เดือน ซึ่งไม่เพียงพอกับค่าใช้จ่าย ดังนั้น
ในปี 2557 ขอเก็บเงินเพิ่ม 8.60 บาท/ตารางเมตร/เดือน (ออกใบแจ้งหนี้แล้ว วันที่14/05/2558)
ในปี 2558 ขอเก็บเงินเพิ่ม 12.93 บาท/ตารางเมตร/เดือน
จึงเรียนมาเพื่อทราบและขอเก็บค่าเพิ่มของค่าส่วนกลาง
