ฉันชื่อ Mrs. Surat Phichai มีเรื่องรบกวนขอคำปรึกษาจากคุณเกี่ยวกับเรื่องการประกันสุขภาพของนักเรียนที่ไปเรียนต่อที่ออสเตรเลีย ฉันได้ส่งลูกชายไปเรียน Summer กับ lloyds college โดยมีการจ่ายค่าธรรมเนียมและค่าประกันสุขภาพเป็นที่เรียบร้อยก่อนยื่นทำวีซ่า และลูกชายของฉันได้เดินทางไปที่ประเทศออสเตรเลียและเริ่มต้นเรียนตั้งแต่วันที่ 14/4/2012 ซึ่งทาง Agent ที่ประเทศไทยแนะนำว่าให้ทวงถามบัตรประกันสุขภาพกับทางวิทยาลัยซึ่งลูกชายของฉันได้ทวงถามตลอดจนกระทั่งถึงทุกวันนี้เรายังไม่ได้รับเอกสารในเรื่องนี้เลย ซึ่งฉันคิดว่ามันใช้เวลานานเกินไปสำหรับเรื่องนี้เพราะเราใช้เวลาประมาณ 2 เดือนในการติดตามเรื่องนี้แต่ไม่มีผลคืบหน้า ช่วงที่ผ่านมาลูกชายของฉันป่วยเป็นไข้เขาไม่กล้าไปพบแพทย์เพราะไม่มีบัตรประกันสุขภาพ และฉันเองก็เพิ่งทราบเรื่องนี้และคิดว่าทางวิทยาลัยทำดำเนินการไม่ถูกต้องและฉันต้องการรักษาสิทธิที่ฉันสมควรได้รับ

สุดท้ายนี้ฉันขอความกรุณาจากท่านช่วยประสานงานกับทางวิทยาลัยเพื่อดำเนินการในเรื่องนี้ด่วน และขอขอบพระคุณในความกรุณาของท่านเป็นอย่างยิ่ง
