วิธีการดำเนินงานวิจัย
การศึกษาเรื่อง การศึกษาพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกายของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนหล่มสักวิทยาคม อำเภอหล่มสัก จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะ 2 ประการ คือ เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกายของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนหล่มสักวิทยาคม อำเภอหล่มสัก จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ และเพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกายของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนหล่มสักวิทยาคม อำเภอหล่มสัก จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ โดยผู้ศึกษาได้ใช้นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนหล่มสักวิทยาคม อำเภอหล่มสัก จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ เพื่อให้การศึกษาเป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนด ผู้ศึกษากำหนดวิธีการดำเนินการศึกษาไว้ดังนี้
1.ประชากรและการเลือกตัวอย่าง
2.การสร้างและพัฒนาเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย
3.การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล
4.การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
