มาตรา ๖ ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ให้นายทะเบียนและพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่มีอำนาจดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) มีหนังสือเรียกบุคคลใดมาให้ถ้อยคำ แจ้งข้อเท็จจริง หรือทำคำชี้แจงเป็นหนังสือ หร
ให้ส่งบัญชี ทะเบียน เอกสารหรือหลักฐานใดเพื่อตรวจสอบหรือประกอบการพิจารณา
(๒) เข้าไปในสถานที่ทำการของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์ หรือผู้ประกอบธุรกิจอื่น
ในเวลาทำการของสถานที่นั้นเพื่อสอบถามข้อเท็จจริงหรือตรวจดูเอกสาร หรือหลักฐานเพื่อ
ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติการตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของนายทะเบียนและพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ตามวรรคหนึ่งให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
อำนวยความสะดวกตามสมควร
