Regards to below bookings, hotel failed to close allotment in time caused overbooked situation resulting commission is remained chargeable.

Please be informed that it's hotel responsibility to update status of bookings (no-show, amend period & price) or maintain room availability in extranet system that we provided within the deadline, normally if your hotel report booking as no-show, the commission will be as 'zero' or contact our customer service to report and cancel duplicate booking.

For this case, I’ll help to request waive off the commission of below booking as of goodwill which ONE time exceptional. The waived off will be done by credit note, subjected to approval. Before I can proceed to do a waived off, hotel required to reply with hotel’s acknowledgement and affirmation that hotel understands well of the process and will monitor booking effectively. If there a same circumstance occurs in the future, hotel will take full responsibility to pay full commission amount as per invoice.
