ในปัจจุบันสถานการณ์ของโลกในยุคโลกาภิวัฒน์ ความเจริญทางด้านวัตถุทำให้คนนิยมความสะดวกสบาย รวดเร็ว พึงพอใจต่อการเป็นผู้บริโภคนิยม สภาพแวดล้อมเปลี่ยนแปลงเกิดกระแสค่านิยมที่ทำให้สังคมเกิดความเสื่อมโทรม มีผลกระทบต่อจิตใจ และความประพฤติของเยาวชนที่ไม่เหมาะสม หากไม่ดูแลช่วยเหลือหรือไม่ปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกให้อยู่ในกรอบของความเป็นผู้มีคุณธรรม จริยธรรมและค่านิยมที่ดีงามแล้วจะทำให้นักเรียนซึ่งเป็นเยาวชนที่เจริญเติบโตเป็นผู้ใหญ่นั้นอาจสร้างปัญหาความเดือดร้อนต่อสังคมและประเทศชาติได้
โรงเรียนจึงตระหนักถึงความสำคัญ จึงจัดทำโครงการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมและค่านิยมที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนขึ้น เพื่อส่งเสริมและขัดเกลาจิตใจให้กับนักเรียนได้ประพฤติปฏิบัติตนได้ถูกต้องตามหลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนาและเพื่อเป็นการช่วยเหลือนักเรียนให้สามารถดำรงตนให้อยู่ในสังคมได้อย่างมีความสุข โดยจัดกิจกรรม ดังนี้
1. กิจกรรมวันสำคัญทางพระพุทธศาสนา เช่น วันมาฆบูชา ,วันวิสาขบูชา ,วันอาสาฬหบูชา วันเข้าพรรษา ,วันออกพรรษา
2. กิจกรรมวันสำคัญต่างๆ เช่น วันไหว้ครู, วันแม่แห่งชาติ, วันพ่อแห่งชาติ ,วันขึ้นปีใหม่ ,วันเด็ก 4.3 กิจกรรมพัฒนาความรับผิดชอบและความประหยัด เช่น การออมทรัพย์ รักษาความสะอาด
3. กิจกรรมพัฒนาคุณธรรม เช่น กิจกรรมครูพระสอนศีลธรรม สวดมนต์วันสุดสัปดาห์/นั่งสมาธิอบรมนักเรียนเกี่ยวกับคุณธรรมจริยธรรม และมารยาทที่ควรปฏิบัติทุกวันศุกร์
4. กิจกรรมค่าย เช่น กิจกรรมค่ายลูกเสือ
5. กิจกรรมประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียน เช่นการเลือกตั้งสภานักเรียน กิจกรรมเวรสีทำความสะอาด ดูแลพื้นที่รับผิดชอบในโรงเรียน
6. กิจกรรมธนาคารความดี เช่น การบันทึกความดี สวมผ้าพื้นเมือง กิจกรรมพี่ช่วยน้อง เพื่อนช่วยเพื่อน
7. กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน เช่น การสอดแทรกคุณธรรม จริยธรรมและคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์แก่นักเรียน
