ประกาศกระทรวงพลังงาน
เรื่อง ถังเก็บน้ำมัน ระบบท่อน้ำมัน และอุปกรณ์ของคลังน้ำมัน
พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๗
อาศัยอำนาจตามความในข้อ ๓๑ วรรคสอง ข้อ ๓๖ ข้อ ๓๘ วรรคสอง และข้อ ๔๔ วรรคสอง
แห่งกฎกระทรวงคลังน้ำมัน พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๖ ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง
พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๒ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง (ฉบับที่ ๒) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๐
รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพลังงาน ออกประกาศไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
ข้อ ๑ ประกาศนี้ให้ใช้บังคับเมื่อพ้นกำหนดสามสิบวันนับแต่วันประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา

การออกแบบ การประกอบและติดตั้งถังเก็บน้ำมัน
ข้อ ๒ ถังเก็บน้ำมันขนาดใหญ่ตามแนวตั้ง ต้องมีลักษณะและวิธีการติดตั้งดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) แผ่นเหล็กผนังถังต้องมีค่าความเค้นที่เกิดขึ้น (allowable stress) เนื่องจากการรับแรง
และน้ำหนักบรรทุกต่าง ๆ ไม่เกินกว่าค่าที่กำหนดไว้ตามมาตรฐาน API Standard 650 Welded Steel

(๒) ผนังถังต้องมีความหนาตามค่าที่ได้จากการคำนวณออกแบบ ให้รับน้ำหนักบรรทุกสูงสุดบวก
