การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการจัดการ และการผลิตไฟฟ้า จากพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยการจัดการ การผลิตไฟฟ้าจากพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล 3) เพื่อพัฒนาขบวนการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีการจัดการ การผลิตไฟฟ้าจากพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล 4) เพื่อถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี การจัดการ การผลิตไฟฟ้าจากพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ ให้กับองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล 5) เพื่อศึกษาผล การถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี การผลิตไฟฟ้าจากพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ ให้กับองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยนี้มี 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 20 คน ได้จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจงด้วยการกำหนดคุณสมบัติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ใช้ไฟฟ้าในโครงการระบบไฟฟ้า SHS จำนวน 500 ครัวเรือน กลุ่มเจ้าหน้าที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จำนวน 200 อบต. ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสมัครใจ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบทดสอบ และใบงาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย
