กรรมการอิสระ คือ กรรมการที่เป็นอิสระจากฝ่ายบริหารจัดการและผุ้ถือหุ้นรายใหญ่ของบริษัทฯไม่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางธุรกิจหรือกิจกรรมการอื่นใด ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริษัทฯ/บริษัทในเครือ/บริษัทร่วม/ผู้ถือหุ้นรายใหญ่ หรือนิติบุคคลที่อาจมีผลขัดแย้ง ซึ่งอาจมีผลกระทบต่อประโยชน์ของบริษัทฯและ/หรือผู้ถือหุ้น โดยปัจจุบันกรรมการอิสระของบริษัทฯ มีจำนวน 3 คน ได้แก่
