การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารกับความท้อแท้ในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรโรงเรียนวัดดอนทอง (สุวัณณะศรี ตัณฑิกุล ราษฎร์ศึกษาลัย) จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา ใน 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านความอ่อนล้าทางอารมณ์ ด้านการสูญเสียความสัมพันธ์ส่วนบุคคล และด้านความไม่สมหวังในผลสำเร็จของตน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นบุคลากรโรงเรียนวัดดอนทอง (สุวัณณะศรี ตัณฑิกุล ราษฎร์ศึกษาลัย) จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา จำนวน 159 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 7 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
ระดับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารกับความท้อแท้ในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรโรงเรียนวัดดอนทอง (สุวัณณะศรี ตัณฑิกุล ราษฎร์ศึกษาลัย) จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับต่ำและเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านความอ่อนล้าทางอารมณ์ ด้านการสูญเสียความสัมพันธ์ส่วนบุคคลและด้านความไม่สมหวังในผลสำเร็จของตน
มีความท้อแท้ในการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับต่ำเหมือนกัน
