การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสง

การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ชาวบ้านในเขตชุมชนวัดศรีอุโมงค์คำปลอดภัยจากโรคที่จะมากับลูกน้ำยุงลาย รู้จักการสังเกต และรู้จักวิธีการป้องกันที่ถูกต้อง โดยการลดปริมาณของลูกน้ำยุงลาย ลดปริมาณผู้ป่วย และลดการขยายพันธุ์ของลูกน้ำยุงลาย
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นเขตชุมชนวัดศรีอุโมงค์คำ จำนวน 50 หลังคาเรือน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ตอนดังนี้ตอนที่ 1 เป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดตรวจเช็ครายการ (Cheek list) ใช้เก็บข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับตัวแปรอิสระตอนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า (Rating Scale) ชนิด 5 ระดับ ตามวิธีการของเรนซิสลิเคอร์ท ใช้เก็บข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับตัวแปรตาม (ความคิดเห็น ของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามในเขตชุมชนวัดศรีอุโมงค์คำ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
