9. หากผู้เช่าได้เช่าห้องพักห้องหนึ่งห้องใดแล้ว ประสงค์จะย้ายห้อง ต้องเสียค่าบริการครั้งละ .......... บาท
10. กรณีเหตุฉุกเฉินใดๆ หรือทำกุญแจหาย หรือกรณีอื่นใดซึ่งไม่สามารถเข้าห้องพักได้และทำให้ต้อง
ตัดกุญแจของผู้เช่า ผู้เช่าต้องยินยอมให้คิดค่าเสียหายครั้งละ .......... บาท
11. ห้ามล้าง หรือ ซ่อมแซมรถยนต์ ภายในบริเวณที่จอดรถ

13. ห้ามเลี้ยงสัตว์ทุกชนิดในห้องพัก
