งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพของปฏิบิติการเสมือนเพื่อเสริมการเรียนรู้ เรื่องการประกอบเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ บนระบบจัดการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้วิธีการออกแบบ ADDIE Model เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ปฏิบัติการเสมือนเพื่อเสริมการเรียนรู้ เรื่องการประกอบเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ ใช้เนื้อหารายวิชาการบริหารคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จำนวน 105 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยทดสอบก่อนเรียนของกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีค่าเท่ากับ 9.47 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 3.32 และค่าเฉลี่ยทดสอบหลังเรียนมีค่าเท่ากับ 14.22 และการหาประสิทธิภาพของปฏิบัติการเสมือนเพื่อเสริมการเรียนรู้ตามเกณฑ์ของเมกุยแกนส์ มีค่าเท่ากับ 1.61 ซึ่งสูงกว่าตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้
