เกาะหลีเป๊ะ เป็นเกาะกลางทะเลที่อยู่ในเขตจังหวัดสตูล คำว่า หลีเป๊ะ มีที่มาจากภาษาท้องถิ่น ผู้คนส่วนใหญ่ในแถบนี้นิยมทำอาชีพชาวประมง หลี่เป๊ะเป็นเกาะที่แสนสงบ มีหาดทรายที่ขาวเนียนเหมือนแป้งเด็ก มีทะเลที่ใสสะอาด มองเห็นพื้นทะเลได้อย่างชัดเจน จุดเด่นของเกาะ คือความเป็นธรรมชาติของปะการังอันสมบูรณ์ที่รายล้อมรอบเกาะ บนเกาะมีอยู่ 4 อ่าวสำคัญ คือ อ่าวพัทยา อ่าวซันไรท์ อ่าวคาร์มา อ่าวซันเซ็ท
ฉันและเพื่อนๆได้เดินทางไปเกาะหลีเป๊ะทั้งหมด สามวัน สองคืน เป็นเกาะเล็กๆ ประชากรบนเกาะมีจำนวนน้อย ผู้คนยังไม่ค่อยนิยมไปเที่ยวพักผ่อนกันมากนัก จึงยังคงความเป็นธรรมชาติที่สวยงามไว้ แต่ละหาดสามารถเดินทางเชื่อมต่อกันได้โดยใช้เวลาเดินไม่มากเพียงแค่ 15-20 นาที ก็สามารถเดินเที่ยวได้รอบทั้งเกาะ พวกเราพักกันที่ บันดาหยา รีสอร์ท (Bundhaya Resort ) เราไปถึงเกาะกันช่วงเย็นๆ จึงพากันเดินไปที่หาดซันเซ็ท เพื่อนั่งที่ชายหาดดูวิวยามเย็นของพระอาทิตย์ตกดิน เมื่อท้องฟ้าเริ่มเข้าสู่ยามค่ำคืน ตามร้านอาหารจะเปิดเพลงสากลขับกล่อม เพราะผู้คนที่ออกมานั่งทานอาหารทะเลรับลมส่วนใหญ่เป็นนักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติ อาหารทะเลของที่นี้มีความสดมาก เพราะใกล้แหล่งวัตถุดิบโดยชาวประมงจะออกไปหาของทะเลทุกวันและส่งให้กับร้านอาหารให้ทุกๆเช้า นอกจากนี้ยังมีถนนที่พ่อค้าแม่ค้าขายของฝากกันตามข้างทาง กิจกรรมที่นักท่องเที่ยวนิยมทำเมื่อมาคือ การดำน้ำดูปะการัง ทางรีสอร์ทจะจัด เตรียมอุปกรณ์สำหรับการดำน้ำไว้ให้ทั้งหมด และยังมีคนเรือคอยขับเรือหางยาวพาไปดำน้ำตามเกาะต่างๆรอบบริเวณนั้น ช่วงเช้าน้ำทะเลจะใสมาก ใต้น้ำมีปลามากมายหลากหลายชนิดมีทั้งน้อยใหญ่ปะปนกัน แต่ในการดำน้ำนี้ต้องคอยระวังเขตน้ำตื้นเพราะ ตัวปะการังมีความคมและยังมีหอยเม่นอีก ต้องเดินอย่างระวังเพื่อไม่ให้เกิดอุบัติเหตุ ถึงแม้จะมีฝนตกเบาๆในช่วงบ่ายก็ไม่ทำให้เป็นอุปสรรคของการดำน้ำ เราดำน้ำกันจนครบตามจุดต่างๆที่ได้วางแผนไว้แล้ว จึงนั่งเรือหางยาวกลับไปพักผ่อนที่รีสอร์ทเพื่อเตรียมตัวกลับบ้านในวันรุ่งขึ้น
