บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศในการบริหารงานโรงเรียนและเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดในการทำงานให้รวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้นเนื่องจากปัจจุบันสังคมเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว ความเจริญก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยี และการสื่อสารที่ถูกพัฒนา เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการเด็กนักเรียน และจากการที่ศึกษารวบรวมข้อมูล พบปัญหาส่วนใหญ่เกิดจากการไม่เป็นระบบในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลให้ชัดเจน การเก็บประวัตินักเรียนยังใช้การเก็บเอกสารเป็นแฟ้มเอกสารการค้นหาประวัติของนักเรียนที่มีจำนวนมากทำให้การหาข้อมูลของนักเรียนเกิดความล่าช้า
ดังนั้นจึงได้มีการนำคอมพิวเตอร์มาใช้ในองค์กรมากขึ้นและในการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศในการบริหารงานโรงเรียน กรณีศึกษา นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 เพื่อให้เกิดการอำนวยความสะดวกรวดเร็วใช้งานง่าย เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในด้านระบบนักเรียน ระบบการบริการและการบริหารจัดการ โดยเฉพาะข้อมูลพื้นฐานของนักเรียน และข้อมูลการศึกษาของนักเรียนต้องถูกต้องและตรวจสอบได้อย่างรวดเร็ว จากการพัฒนาระบบแล้วพบว่าระบบนักเรียน ประเมินผลการเรียน เช็คการมาเรียนของนักเรียนและเงินทุนการศึกษา สามารถตรวจสอบความถูกต้องได้รวดเร็วมากขึ้นในการจัดเก็บ แก้ไข ค้นหา เรียกดู ข้อมูลของนักเรียนได้ ซึ่งจะทำให้การทำงานของอาจารย์สะดวกและรวดเร็วมากขึ้น
