เรียงความเรื่องอาชีพของฉัน ::เซฟ::

อาชีพที่น่าสนใจคือ อาชีพเชฟ อาชีพเชฟหลายคนอาจมองว่าเป็นอาชีพที่ไม่ค่อยน่าสนใจซักเท่าไหร่ แต่ข้าพเจ้าคิดว่าอาชีพนี้เป็นอาชีพที่มีความหลากหลายและข้าพเจ้ายังชอบที่จะทำอาหารเองด้วย
แรงบันดาลใจที่อยากทำอาชีพนี้คือว่า เชฟเป็นอาชีพที่ได้รับค่าจ้างที่สูงมาก ข้าพเจ้าเลยอยากที่จะทำอาชีพนี้... หรือและสามารถจะประกอบอาชีพส่วนตัวโดยเปิดร้านอาหารเป็นของตัวเองได้ และยังสามารถที่จะไปเรียนต่อที่ต่างประเทศได้อีกด้วย พูดง่ายๆข้าพเจ้าอยากไปเที่ยวต่างประเทศ
ข้าพเจ้าคิดว่าเส้นทางการเข้าสู่อาชีพเชฟของแต่ละคน ไม่ใช่ทุกคนจะเป็นมาตั้งแต่เกิดหรือเพราะมีพรสวรรค์ติดตัวมา หากแต่สิ่งที่จำเป็นที่สุด คือต้องมีใจรัก พร้อมจะเรียนรู้และฝึกฝน ที่สำคัญคือต้องมีความอดทนและพยายามเพื่อจะฝ่าด่านทดสอบและก้าวออกมาเป็นเชฟผู้มีฝีมือและเป็นที่ยอมรับได้ จุดสูงสุดการเป็นเชฟของแต่ละคนต่างกัน เหมือนคนแต่ละคนที่มีเป้าหมายต่างๆ กันไปในชีวิต เชฟบางคนอยากเปิดร้าน เชฟบางคนอยากเป็นเชฟมือหนึ่งของโรงแรมเครือดังๆ ซึ่งนี่แหละค่ะคือความใฝ่ฝันสูงสุดของข้าพเจ้า
คุณสมบัติของเชฟที่ดีอย่างหนึ่งคือต้องชอบที่จะเรียนรู้ อะไรที่เราไม่รู้ ก็ต้องฝึกฝน หาหนังสือมาอ่าน มาปรับประยุกต์ทดลองทำให้เป็นสูตรสไตล์ของเรา คือต้องเรียนรู้ตลอด เพราะเดี๋ยวนี้มีอะไรใหม่ๆ เข้ามาตลอด
