เมื่อผู้เช่ามีความประสงค์จะเช่าห้องพัก เป็นระยะเวลา 6 เดือน ผู้เช่าได้วางเงินมัดจำไว้ สำหรับระยะเวลา 6 เดือน หากผู้เช่าไม่สามารถพักอยู่จนถึงระยะเวลาครึ่งหนึ่งของที่สัญญาไว้ ผู้เช้าจะไม่ได้รับเงินมัดจำคืน
