ในช่วงวันที่ 25-27 ต.ค. บริเวณความกดอากาศสูงยังปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ภาคเหนือ และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ มีอากาศเย็นกับมีหมอกในตอนเช้า ประกอบกับมีลมตะวันออกพัดนำความชื้นจากทะเลจีนใต้และอ่าวไทยเข้ามาปกคลุมภาคตะวันออก อ่าวไทย และภาคใต้ ในช่วง 25-26 ต.ค. ทำให้บริเวณดังกล่าวมีฝนฟ้าคะนองกระจายและมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง ในช่วงวันที่ 28-30 ต.ค. บริเวณความกดอากาศสูงอีกระลอกจะแผ่เสริมลงมาปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน ทำให้ภาคเหนือ ภาคและตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ มีอากาศเย็นกับมีหมอกในตอนเช้า และมีฝนฟ้าคะนองกระจาย ส่วนมรสุมตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือพัดปกคลุมภาคใต้และอ่าวไทยทำให้ ภาคตะวันออกและภาคใต้มีฝนในเกณฑ์กระจาย สรุปการคาดหมาย ในช่วงวันที่ 25-28 ต.ค. บริเวณภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ อยู่ในเกณฑ์กระจายถึงเกือบทั่วไป ร้อยละ 60-70 ของพื้นที่ และมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง
