ระยะเวลาการสรรหาพนักงานทดแทน กำหนด 15 วัน นับจากวันที่พนักงานลาออกหรือสิ้นสภาพการจ้าง “ผู้รับจ้าง”ต้องจัดหาเจ้าหน้าที่ทดแทนเข้าทำงานในเขตพื้นที่ที่มีพนักงานลาออกทันที หรือทดแทนภายในไม่เกิน 15 วันตามข้อตกลงข้างต้น
