จะมีการร่างพระราชบัญญัติตั้งคณะกรรมการดังกล่าวขึ้นให้คณะกรรมการมีอำนาจส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมเหมืองแร่ให้สอดคล้องกับการพัฒนาด้านเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ
