ตามหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนของสาขาบริหารธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ วิทยาลัย อินเตอร์เทคลำปาง ได้กำหนดให้นิสิตมีการศึกษาทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติตลอดหลักสูตรการศึกษา 8 ภาคการศึกษา และในภาคเรียนสุดท้ายต้องฝึกงานในหน่วยงานที่ตัวเองให้ความสนใจ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 3 พฤศจิกายน 2014ถึงวันที่ 3 กุมภาพันธ์ 2015 ตามที่มหาวิทยาลัยได้กำหนดไว้เพื่อให้นิสิตได้มีประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานจริงและนำไปใช้ในอนาคต
