แนวพระราชดำริ :
ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้ชาวบ้านจัดทำธนาคารฟืนในพื้นที่จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน ให้ราษฎรมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจและให้ความร่วมมือในการจัดทำและบริหารจัดการธนาคารฟืนประจำหมู่บ้าน ส่งเสริมให้ราษฎรทำเชี้อเพลิงอัดแท่ง และให้ศึกษาวิจัยและพัฒนาการแปรรูปเศษวัสดุจากธรรมชาติในท้องถิ่นเพื่อใช้เป็นเชื้อเพลิงทดแทนการใช้ฟืนจากไม้ในป่าธรรมชาติ


ความเป็นมา :
