การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารจัดการกิจการนักศึกษา ของมหาวิทยาลัยนอร์ท -เชียงใหม่ และเพื่อศึกษากลยุทธ์การบริหารจัดการกิจการนักศึกษา ของมหาวิทยาลัยนอร์ท-เชียงใหม่ ประชากรหรือกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ คณาจารย์และบุคลากรสำนักกิจการนักศึกษา จำนวน 10 คน นักศึกษาปริญญาตรี ทุกคณะ ทุกชั้นปีที่เรียนอยู่ในมหาวิทยาลัยนอร์ท-เชียงใหม่ ที่คงสภาพอยู่ ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 2,251 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลยุทธ์การบริหารจัดการกิจการนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยนอร์ท -เชียงใหม่ มีการปฏิบัติโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านทุนการศึกษา กลยุทธ์การจัดทำข้อมูล กยศ./กรอ. รายเก่า รายใหม่และทุนการศึกษามีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านกีฬาและส่งเสริมสุขภาพ กลยุทธ์การส่งเสริมและพัฒนาด้านกีฬาให้แก่ บุคลากรและนักศึกษามีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านบริการและสวัสดิภาพนักศึกษา กลยทธ์การบริการเรื่องการผ่อนผันทหารมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ กลยุทธ์การจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรม ประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่าน สถานีวิทยุ , Social media , ป้ายประกาศมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านวินัยและพัฒนานักศึกษา กลยุทธ์การจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม เพื่อส่งเสริมด้านวินัยและพัฒนานักศึกษามีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านกิจกรรมนักศึกษา กลยุทธ์กิจกรรมกีฬาหรือการส่งเสริมสุขภาพเพื่อส่งเสริมกิจกรรมนักศึกษา กิจกรรมส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านแนะแนวและศิษย์เก่าสัมพันธ์ กลยุทธ์การส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมผ่านการจัดกิจกรรมปฐมนิเทศ ปัจฉิมนิเทศมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรม กลยุทธ์การจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรมล้านนามีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
