บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาทัศนคติของนักเรียน-นักศึกษาวิทยาลัยพณิชยการบางนาที่มีต่อการใช้บริการ ห้องค้นคว้าหาความรู้ด้วยอินเทอร์เน็ตของวิทยาลัยพณิชยการบางนา เพื่อศึกษาว่านักเรียน-นักศึกษามีทัศนคติอย่างไรกับการเข้าใช้บริการห้องค้นคว้าหาความรู้ด้วยอินเทอร์เน็ต ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักเรียน-นักศึกษาวิทยาลัยพณิชยการบางนา กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 200 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการแจกแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS งานวิจัยนี้กำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 74 และเป็นนักเรียน-นักศึกษาระดับชั้น ปวช. 3 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 38 และเป็นผลัดการเรียนผลัดที่ 2 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 51
ผลการวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมโดยทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับการใช้ห้องค้นคว้าหาความรู้ด้วยอินเทอร์เน็ต ส่วนใหญ่เคยเข้าใช้บริการ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 76 ที่เข้าใช้บริการเพื่อที่จะทำรายงาน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 37.70
ระดับความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการห้องค้นคว้าหาความรู้ด้วยอินเทอร์เน็ตของ นักเรียน-นักศึกษาวิทยาลัยพณิชยการบางนา พบว่า ความพึงพอใจเกี่ยวกับห้องค้นคว้าหาความรู้ด้วยอินเทอร์เน็ตมีค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) = 3.74 รองลงมา คือ ปัญหาที่พบในการเข้าใช้บริการห้องค้นคว้าหาความรู้ด้วยอินเทอร์เน็ตมีค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) = 3.66 และความพึงพอใจด้านการให้บริการมีค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) = 3.65 ตามลำดับ โดยรวมแล้วอยู่ในระดับดี
