อยากทราบว่าบริษัทมีเกณฑ์ในการพิจารณาการเพิ่มกำลังคนของแต่ละหน่วยงานอย่างไร เนื่องจากที่ผ่านมาหน่วยงานที่มีหัวหน้างานเป็นคนไทยจะได้รับการปฏิเสธในการขอกำลังคนเพิ่ม รวมถึงโดนลดกำลังคนด้วยแต่หน่วยงานที่มีหัวหน้างานเป็นชาวญี่ปุ่นสามารถเพิ่มกำลังคนได้อย่างไม่จำกัด ส่งผลให้หน่วยงานอื่นๆมีภาระงานเพิ่มขึ้น กรุณาอย่าตอบว่าเพื่อเป็นการเตรียมพนักงานเพื่อรองรับการเติบโตของบริษัทในอนาคตเนื่องจากการเพิ่มขึ้นของกำลังคนในแต่ละหน่วยงานควรจะเป็นไปตามสัดส่วนที่เท่าเทียมกัน
