บทคัดย่อ

อาการปวดหลังส่วนบนเป็นปัญหาสุขภาพที่พบบ่อยในแรงงานชาวสวนยางพารา ซึ่งมีสาเหตุมาจากท่าทางอิริยาบถในการทำงานที่ไม่ถูกต้องตามหลักการยศาสตร์ ซึ่งในกระบวนการผลิตยางพารามีการทำงานหลายขั้นตอน ในแต่ละขั้นตอนมีปัจจัยเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดอาการปวดหลังส่วนบน การศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา ณ จุด เวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง (Cross.-.sectional descriptive study) เพื่อศึกษาอัตราความชุกและท่าทางการทำงานที่มีผลต่ออาการปวดหลังส่วนบนในชาวสวนยางพารา ตำบลตะโละแมะนา อำเภอทุ่งยางแดง จังหวัดปัตตานี โดยคัดเลือกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 194 คน โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ลักษณะการทำงาน ระยะเวลา และลักษณะอาการปวดหลังส่วนบน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ Chi - square Test และ Fisher’s Exact Test.
