รายงานการวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย (1) เพื่อศึกษาชุมชนโดยกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อสร้างสำนึกการมีส่วนร่วมในชุมชนของประชาชนในหมู่บ้านสวนป่าน หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลท่างาม อำเภอวัดโบสถ์ จังหวัดพิษณุโลก (2) เพื่อพัฒนาสำนึกการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในหมู่บ้านสวนป่าน หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลท่างาม อำเภอวัดโบสถ์ จังหวัดพิษณุโลก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ ประชาชนในหมู่บ้านสวนป่าน หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลท่างาม อำเภอวัดโบสถ์ จังหวัดพิษณุโลก จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาสำนึกการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในหมู่บ้านสวนป่าน หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลท่างาม อำเภอวัดโบสถ์ จังหวัดพิษณุโลก แบบสัมภาษณ์จะประกอบไปด้วย ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ให้สัมภาษณ์และคำถามเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาสำนึกการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในหมู่บ้านสวนป่าน จำนวน 10 ข้อ และเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ก็คือ การตีความข้อมูลโดยใช้การพรรณนา
ผลการวิจัย
1. เพื่อศึกษาชุมชนโดยกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อสร้างสำนึกการมีส่วนร่วมในชุมชนของประชาชนในหมู่บ้านสวนป่าน หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลท่างาม อำเภอวัดโบสถ์ จังหวัดพิษณุโลก พบว่า ชุมชนมีการส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนเข้าใจในกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมที่ชุมชนจัดขึ้น การที่ชาวบ้านไปเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของชุมชน สามารถสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีให้กับคนในชุมชน เพราะชาวบ้านได้มาแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ความคิดเห็น สร้างมิตรไมตรีต่อกันทำให้เกิดความร่วมแรงร่วมใจในการทำกิจกรรม อีกทั้งยังทำให้เห็นถึงความสามัคคีกันภายในชุมชนและประเพณีวัฒนธรรมของชุมชนซึ่งเป็นสิ่งสำคัญยิ่ง และเป็นสิ่งที่ดีที่ทำให้เด็กรุ่นใหม่ได้เรียนรู้ในวัฒนธรรมในชุมชนและสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้ไปเผยแพร่สู่โลกภายนอก (ตัด)
2. เพื่อพัฒนาสำนึกการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในหมู่บ้านสวนป่าน หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลท่างาม อำเภอวัดโบสถ์ จังหวัดพิษณุโลก พบว่า พบว่าชาวบ้านในชุมชนมีแนวทางการอนุรักษ์ขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีโดยเน้นการสืบทอดจากรุ่นสู่รุ่น เป็นการเล่าให้ลูกหลานได้ทราบถึงวัฒนธรรมที่ดีงามเพื่อให้ลูกหลานได้ซึมซับและเห็นคุณค่าและประโยชน์ และเป็นการปลูกฝังให้เด็กและวัยรุ่นได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม เพราะจะได้รู้ถึงวิธีการขั้นตอนในการจัดกิจกรรมวันสำคัญต่างๆ ในแต่ละครั้ง และในชุมชนบางครั้งชาวบ้านก็มีการเข้าร่วมประชุมกับวัฒนธรรมอำเภอ พร้อมทั้งได้ไปศึกษาดูงานในสถานการณ์ต่างๆ ที่ทางวัฒนธรรมอำเภอได้จัดขึ้น ซึ่งคนในชุมชนได้ให้ความร่วมมือถึงแม้จะไม่ใช่หน้าที่ของตนเองก็ตามแต่ก็ได้ส่งตัวแทนมาช่วยงาน และร่วมพัฒนาหมู่บ้านไปในทิศทางที่ดีขึ้น
