This research is quantitative research which studies the factors influencing the successful IS/IT management in the state enterprises.The samples used in the research were 251 the executive administrators and stakeholders who involved in the IS/IT management of the state enterprise. They were selected from a random sampling of the population at the level of confidence 95% of minimum a random sampling were 246 people.
