บทนำ

1.1 ที่มาและความสำคัญของโครงงาน
เนื่องจากในปัจจุบันพื้นที่ในแหล่งชุมชนต่างๆ มักจะพบว่ามีขยะประเภทถ้วยโฟมถูกทิ้งอยู่เป็นจำนวนมาก ทำให้พื้นที่ในแหล่งชุมชนต่างๆ มีความสกปรก และอาจก่อให้เกิดปัญหามลภาวะได้ หากไม่มีการควบคุมดูแลการทำลายบรรจุภัณฑ์ประเภทนี้ให้ดี เนื่องจากถ้วยโฟมเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์พลาสติกประเภทหนึ่งที่ย่อยสลายตามธรรมชาติได้ยาก เมื่อมีการเผาทำลายแล้วจะปล่อยควันพิษออกมา ซึ่งเป็นอันตรายอย่างมากต่อระบบทางเดินหายใจและระบบอวัยวะอื่นๆ ของมนุษย์ การที่จะลดปริมาณขยะประเภทนี้ได้ ก็คือการนำถ้วยโฟมกลับมาใช้ใหม่ (Reuse) โดยการนำมาปรับปรุงหรือดัดแปลงสภาพ เพื่อให้มีสภาพการใช้ประโยชน์ได้มากขึ้น ด้วยเหตุนี้คณะผู้จัดทำจึงได้คิดที่จะนำถ้วยโฟมเหล่านี้มาใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด ด้วยการประดิษฐ์เป็นกระปุกออมสิน และตกแต่งด้วยกระดาษสาให้สวยงาม ซึ่งนอกจากกระปุกออมสินนี้จะใช้เก็บออมเงิน ใช้เป็นของตกแต่งบ้านแล้ว ยังสามารถทำขายเป็นอาชีพเสริมได้อีกด้วย

1.2 วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงงาน
1. เพื่อศึกษาขั้นตอนการนำถ้วยโฟมมาประดิษฐ์
2. เพื่อนำถ้วยโฟมมาใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ใช้สอย
3. เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบของกระปุกออมสินให้มีความน่าสนใจยิ่งขึ้น สร้างนิสัยการออมที่ดีได้
4. เพื่อเป็นการรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยการลดปริมาณขยะถ้วยโฟมที่ถูกทิ้งลง

1.3 เป้าหมายของโครงงาน
1. สามารถนำถ้วยโฟมมาประดิษฐ์เป็นกระปุกออมสินได้
2. สามารถนำประปุกออมสินไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันได้
3. สามารถสร้างนิสัยการออมให้กับผู้ที่สนใจได้
4. ช่วยลดปริมาณขยะถ้วยโฟมที่ถูกทิ้งลงได้

1. ศึกษาค้นคว้าโครงงานประเภทสิ่งประดิษฐ์

1.5 วิธีการดำเนินงาน
