การจัดทำโครงงานพิเศษ เรื่อง การประยุกต์ชุดราตรีจากเสื้อกิโมโนด้วยผ้าไทยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบของชุดกิโมโน เพื่อประยุกต์ชุดราตรีจากเสื้อกิโมโนด้วยผ้าไทย และเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อการประยุกต์ชุดราตรีจากเสื้อกิโมโนด้วยผ้าไทย โดยมีวิธีการดำเนินงาน 5 นำไปสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามที่มีต่อการตัดเย็บผลิตภัณฑ์ต้นแบบ เป็นนักศึกษา และครู อาจารย์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ประสานมิตร คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ สาขาภาษาญี่ปุ่น อายุระหว่าง 20-40 ปี จำนวน 120 คน นำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้สถิติค่าร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ย ดังนี้
ผลการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามที่มีต่อการประยุกต์ชุดราตรีจากเสื้อกิโมโนด้วยผ้าไทยภาคเหนือ โดยการใช้ผ้าทอพื้นเมืองภาคเหนือ 3 ชนิด ได้แก่ ผ้าลายน้ำไหล ผ้าจก และผ้าซิ่นมุก พบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 21-23 ปี เป็นนักศึกษา ผลการสำรวจผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความพึงพอใจต่อการประยุกต์ชุดราตรีจากเสื้อกิโมโนด้วยผ้าไทย รูปแบบที่ 3 มากที่สุด ซึ่งมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.21 โดยแบ่งเป็นความพึงพอใจดังนี้ การประยุกต์เหมาะสมกับลายผ้าที่ใช้ สวมใส่ได้จริง ด้านความสวยงาม และรูปแบบชุดโดยรวม ความพึงพอใจโดยรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.16, 4.23, 4.26, 4.19
