เมื่อวันที่ 29 มีนาคม 2556 บริษัทมีคดีถูกฟ้องร้องจากบริษัทที่เกี่ยวข้องกันในต่างประเทศแห่งหนึ่ง รวม 2 คดี มีรายละเอียดดังนี้
19.1 คดีถูกฟ้องร้องที่ศาลทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและการค้าระหว่างประเทศกลาง เป็นคดีแพ่ง คดีหมายเลขดำที่ กค.67/2556 ข้อหาหรือฐานความผิด เรื่อง ซื้อขาย, ผิดสัญญา จำนวนทุนทรัพย์ที่ฟ้อง 88,095,574.36 บาท
19.2 คดีถูกฟ้องร้องที่ศาลแพ่งกรุงเทพใต้ เป็นคดีแพ่ง คดีหมายเลขดำที่ พ.672/2556 ข้อหาหรือฐานความผิด เรื่อง กู้ยืม, ผิดสัญญา, ตัวการตัวแทน จำนวนทุนทรัพย์ที่ฟ้อง 25,379,676.69 บาท
เนื่องจากคดีอยู่ในระหว่างการเริ่มฟ้องร้อง ทางบริษัทจึงมิได้ตั้งสำรองสำหรับผลเสียหายที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นจากผลของคดีดังกล่าวในงบการเงิน
