เรื่อง ปรับราคาค่าเช่า

ตามที่ท่านได้ทำสัญญาเช่าห้องพัก ฉบับลงวันที่ 1 มกราคม 2554 และข้อตกลงฉบับเพิ่มเติมวันที่ ………………. นั้น ทางผู้ให้เช่าจะปรับอัตราค่าเช่าเป็นดังนี้
ค่าเช่าห้องพัก เดือนละ 7,000 บาท ( ค่าเช่า 4,500 บาท / ค่าเฟอร์นิเจอร์และส่วนกลาง 2,500 บาท )
ค่าเช่าจอดรถ ( คนใน ) เดือนละ 1,200 บาท ( ถ้ามี )
ทั้งนี้ อัตราค่าเช่าใหม่นี้จะเริ่มมีผล ตั้งแต่งวดเดือนมกราคม 2559 เป็นต้นไป
อนึ่งท่านใดที่ประสงค์จะเช่าต่อทางผู้ให้เช่าจะดำเนินการต่อสัญญาเช่าให้ใหม่ สำหรับผู้เช่าท่านใดไม่มีความประสงค์จะเช่าต่อก็ขอให้แจ้งบอกกล่าวเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรให้ทางผู้เช่าทราบก่อนอย่างน้อย 1 เดือน ก่อนวันที่ 5 ของเดือนธันวาคม 2558 เป็นอย่างช้า มิฉะนั้นทางผู้ให้เช่ามีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องริบเงินประกันการเช่าทั้งจำนวน
