จากผลการศึกษา “มหัศจรรย์สัดส่วนทองคำ”โดยใช้อัตราส่วนทองคำในการพิสูจน์ว่าผลงานศิลปะนั้นมีความสวยงามในทางคณิตศาสตร์ พบว่าผลงานศิลปะที่ทางคณะกลุ่มได้สุ่มมาเป็นตัวอย่างในการศึกษานั้นมี 9 ผลงานจาก 100 ผลงานที่มีอัตราส่วนใกล้เคียงกับอัตราส่วนทองคำ คณะกลุ่มผู้จัดทำสามารถพิสูจน์ให้เห็นได้ว่าความสวยงามนั้นต้องมีค่าใกล้เคียง 1.618 ซึ่งการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นไปตามสมมติฐาน
