บันทึกข้อตกลงฉบับนี้ ทําขึ้น เมื่อวันที่ 23 กุมภาพันธ์ 2558 ณ เลขที่ 9/39 หมู่ 4 ซอยป่าสัก 5 ถนนป่าสัก-บ้านดอน
ตำบลเชิงทะเล อำเภอถลาง จังหวัดภูเก็ต ประเทศไทย ระหวาง
นางอัจฉรี แพรทท์ ถือบัตรประชาชนเลขที่ 3200900592314 ที่อยูปจจุบัน 19/228 หมู่ที่ 7 ตำบลศรีสุนทร อำเภอถลาง จังหวัดภูเก็ต ซึ่งตอไปในจะเรียกวา“คู่สัญญาฝ่ายที่ 1” ฝายหนึ่ง
กับ นายแบล์ สจ๊อต โรแนลด์ แพรทท์ สัญชาติออสเตรเลีย ถือหนังสือเดินทางเลขที่ E4052723 ที่อยูปจจุบัน 19/228
หมู่ที่ 7 ตำบลศรีสุนทร อำเภอถลาง จังหวัดภูเก็ต ซึ่งตอไปนี้จะเรียกวา“คู่สัญญาฝ่ายที่ 2” อีกฝายหนึ่ง
ทั้งสองฝายตกลงทําบันทึกข้อตกลงไวต่อกัน มีขอความดังตอไปนี้
คู่สัญญาฝ่ายที่ 2 ยินยอมจ่ายเงินให้กับคู่สัญญาฝ่ายที่ 1 ซึ่งเป็นคู่สมรส ดังนี้
ข้อ 1. ค่าเลี้ยงดูให้กับบุตร 2 คน คือ เด็กหญิงภิรฎา แพรทท์ และเด็กหญิงภัฑริน แพรทท์ โดยแบ่งจ่ายเป็นรายเดือนๆละ 50,000 บาท เริ่มจ่ายงวดแรกในวันที่ 2 มีนาคม 2558 และเดือนถัดไปทุกๆวันที่ 2 ของทุกเดือนไปจนกว่าบุตรทั้งสองจะบรรลุนิติภาวะ
ข้อ 2. ค่าเทอมของบุตรทั้งสอง จ่ายตามความเป็นจริง
ข้อ 3. ค่าเรียนพิเศษของบุตรทั้งสอง เป็นรายเดือนๆละ 10,000 บาท เริ่มจ่ายงวดแรกในวันที่ 2 มีนาคม 2558 และเดือนถัดไปทุกๆวันที่ 2 ของทุกเดือน
ข้อ 4. นำเงินเข้าบัญชีเพื่อเป็นเงินออมเก็บไว้ให้กับบุตรทั้ง 2 เป็นรายเดือน ๆละ 25,000 บาท เริ่มงวดแรกในวันที่ 2
มีนาคม 2558 และเดือนถัดไปทุกๆวันที่ 2 ของทุกเดือนจนกว่าบุตรทั้งสองจะบรรลุนิติภาวะ
ข้อ 5. ค่างวดเช่าซื้อรถยนต์ 2 คัน โดยแบ่งจ่ายเป็นรายเดือน ไปจนกว่าจะครบตามสัญญาเช่าซื้อรถยนต์ ดังนี้
4.1 รถยนต์ยี่ห้อมาสด้า 3 คันหมายเลขทะเบียน กว 1687 ภูเก็ต จำนวน 14,000 บาท
4.2 รถยนต์ยี่ห้ออีซูซุ คันหมายเลขทะเบียน กน 3036 ภูเก็ต จำนวน 13,000 บาท
ข้อ 6. ค่างวดผ่อนบ้าน เลขที่ 19/228 หมู่ที่ 7 ตำบลศรีสุนทร อำเภอถลาง จังหวัดภูเก็ต ตั้งอยู่ในโฉนดเลขที่ 34812 ตำบลศรีสุนทร อำเภอถลาง จังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นรายเดือนๆละ 60,000 บาท ในทุกๆเดือนไปจนกว่าจะชำระครบถ้วน
ข้อ 7. คู่สัญญาฝ่ายที่ 2 ยินยอมแบ่งเงินสะสมจากกการทำงานที่ได้มาจาก บริษัทบันยันทรี จำกัด ให้กับคู่สัญญาฝ่ายที่ 1 ครึ่งหนึ่ง ของยอดเงินสะสมที่คู่สัญญาฝ่ายที่ 2 ได้รับมา
ข้อ 8. คู่สัญญาฝ่ายที่ 2 ยินยอมให้คู่สัญญาฝ่ายที่ 1 เป็นผู้มีอำนาจปกครองเด็กหญิงภิรฎา แพรทท์ และ เด็กหญิงภัฑริน
แพรทท์ บุตรทั้งสองตามกฎหมายแต่เพียงผู้เดียว แต่ทั้งนี้คู่สัญญาฝ่ายที่ 2 มีสิทธิพบเจอ รวมทั้งมารับ-ส่งบุตรทั้งสองคนได้
บันทึกข้อตกลงฉบับนี้ทําขึ้นทั้งภาคภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ โดยจัดทําขึ้นเปนสองฉบับ มีขอความถูกตองตรงกัน คูสัญญาทั้งสองฝายตางถือไวฝายละหนึ่งฉบับ
