การศึกษาเรื่องการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดส่งสินค้าโดยใช้ทฤษฎี Just In Time กรณีศึกษา บริษัท เบญจมิตรบรรจุภัณฑ์ จำกัด โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยเพื่อหาสาเหตุของปัญหาและประยุกต์ใช้หลักการ Just In Time ในการแก้ไขปัญหาเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในกระบวนการจัดส่งสินค้า โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ พนักงานที่ปฏิบัติงานในฝ่ายจัดส่งสินค้า บริษัท เบญจมิตรบรรจุภัณฑ์ จำกัด เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสัมภาษณ์ โดยประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ พนักงานในแผนกจัดส่งและพนักงานขับรถรวมทั้งหมด 8 คน
จากการทำการศึกษาวิจัยเกี่ยวกับการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดส่งสินค้าโดยใช้ทฤษฎี Just In Time กรณีศึกษา บริษัท เบญจมิตรบรรจุภัณฑ์ จำกัด ทำให้ผู้วิจัยได้ทราบว่า บริษัท เบญจมิตรบรรจุภัณฑ์ จำกัด มีปัญหาในกระบวนการจัดส่งสินค้าที่มีความสำคัญที่สุด คือ ส่งสินค้าไม่ทันตามระยะเวลาที่ลูกค้ากำหนดโดยปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นนี้มีสาเหตุมาจาก การผลิตที่มีความล่าช้าและไม่ได้มาตรฐาน ทำให้เสียเวลาในตรวจนับจำนวนสินค้าก่อนนำไปส่งให้กับลูกค้าและทำให้ลูกค้าเกิดความไม่พอใจ บริษัทขาดความน่าเชื่อถือ
ดังนั้นแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหา คือ ควรนำหลักการ Just In Time มาเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดส่งสินค้าโดยช่วยในการผลิตเพื่อลดเวลาการรอคอยสินค้าที่ทำให้เกิดความล่าช้าในกระบวนการจัดส่งสินค้าและวิธีการสร้างแผนการขนส่งแบบ Capacity Vehicle Routing Problem มาใช้เพื่อลดระยะทางในการขนส่งสินค้าและควรมีการให้พนักงานขับรถทำการจัดเรียงสินค้าที่จะส่งในวันถัดไปขึ้นรถทันที โดยในช่วงเย็นของทุกๆวันภายหลังการตีรถกลับบริษัท เพื่อประหยัดเวลาในการขนส่งช่วงเช้าและประหยัดเวลาในเรื่องของการตรวจนับจำนวนสินค้า ซึ่งจะทำให้การจัดส่งสินค้าให้กับลูกค้ามีความรวดเร็วมากยิ่งขึ้น
