ดิฉันเคยการฝึกงานตั้งแต่เดือนเมษายนถึงพฤษภาคม ปี2557 ด้านฝ่ายบริการผู้โดยสาร สายการบินเตอร์กิซแอร์ไลน์ ท่าอากาศสุวรรณภูมิ โดยทำหน้าที่อำนวยความสะดวกในด้านต่างๆ พร้อมทั้งให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการเดินทางแก่ผู้โดยสารทั้งชาวไทย และชาวต่างชาติ พร้อมทั้งฝึกการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารจากประสบการณ์จริง อีกทั้งได้พัฒนาด้านบุคลิกภาพ และการวางตัวในการทำงาน อีกทั้งยังเน้นไหวพริบ เพราะในช่วงเวลาการเดินทางในของสายการบิน ดิฉันต้องมีความสามารถดูแลตัวเองและสร้างความปลอดภัย ความสะดวกและความพึงพอใจให้กับผู้โดยสารได้ ซึ่งมันอาจจะไม่มีในตำราเรียน แต่เป็นสิ่งที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานนั้นได้เรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริง
