การตรวจลงตราประเภททูต (Diplomatic Visa)

1. การตรวจลงตราประเภทนี้จำกัดเฉพาะการขอรับการตรวจลงตราเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรเป็นการชั่วคราวเพื่อปฏิบัติหน้าที่ทางการทูตหรือกงสุล หรือการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ราชการ และผู้ร้องจะต้องถือหนังสือเดินทางทูตหรือหนังสือเดินทางสหประชาชาติ (UN Laissez-Passer) ซึ่งเทียบเท่าหนังสือเดินทางทูตเท่านั้น

1. การตรวจลงตราประเภทอัธยาศัยไมตรีจำกัดเฉพาะการขอรับการตรวจลงตราเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรเป็นการชั่วคราวเพื่อการอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง ดังต่อไปนี้

- การขอรับการตรวจลงตราของผู้ถือหนังสือเดินทางทูตหรือหนังสือเดินทางราชการ หรือหนังสือเดินทางสหประชาชาติที่เทียบเท่าหนังสือเดินทางทูตหรือหนังสือเดินทางราชการ เพื่อการอื่นนอกจากการเข้ามาประจำการในราชอาณาจักร เพื่อปฏิบัติหน้าที่การทูต หรือกงสุล หรือราชการ

- การขอรับการตรวจลงตราของผู้ถือหนังสือเดินทางธรรมดา ซึ่งประสงค์จะเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรในฐานะเป็นพระราชอาคันตุกะ ราชอาคันตุกะ แขกของรัฐบาล หรือหน่วยงานของรัฐ

- การปฏิบัติงานด้านช่างฝีมือผู้เชี่ยวชาญ (รหัส EX)

- การอื่น (รหัส O) ได้แก่

1) การเข้ามาใช้ชีวิตในบั้นปลายในฐานะผู้สูงอายุ

2) การเข้ามาในฐานะคู่ความหรือพยานสำหรับการพิจารณาดำเนินคดี

3) การปฏิบัติหน้าที่หรือภารกิจในครอบครัวคนต่างด้าว ซึ่งเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรเป็นการชั่วคราวเพื่อปฏิบัติหน้าที่ทางการทูต กงสุลหรือปฏิบัติภารกิจอื่น โดยเป็นบิดา มารดา คู่สมรส หรือบุตร ซึ่งอยู่ในความอุปการะและเป็นส่วนแห่งครัวเรือนของบุคคลดังกล่าว

4) การปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในฐานะคนรับใช้ส่วนตัวซึ่งเดินทางมาจากต่างประเทศเพื่อมาทำงานตามปกติ ณ ที่พักอาศัยของบุคคลในคณะผู้แทนทางการทูต หรือบุคคลซึ่งมีเอกสิทธิ์เท่าเทียมกัน กับบุคคลซึ่งมีตำแหน่งทางการทูตตามความตกลงที่รัฐบาลไทยได้ทำไว้กับรัฐบาลต่างประเทศ หรือกับองค์การ หรือทบวงการระหว่างประเทศ

5) การให้ความอุปการะแก่หรือรับความอุปการะจากบุคคลสัญชาติไทย หรือบุคคลผู้มีถิ่นที่อยู่ในราชอาณาจักร โดยเป็นบิดา มารดา คู่สมรส หรือบุตร ซึ่งอยู่ในความอุปการะและเป็นส่วนแห่งครัวเรือนของบุคคลดังกล่าว

6) การปฏิบัติหน้าที่ให้แก่รัฐวิสาหกิจ หรือองค์การกุศลสาธารณะ

7) การเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรของผู้เคยมีสัญชาติไทย เพื่อเยี่ยมญาติ หรือขอกลับเข้ามาอยู่ในราชอาณาจักร

8) การเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรเพื่อการรักษาพยาบาล

9) การเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรเพื่อเป็นผู้ฝึกสอนนักกีฬาตามความต้องการของทางราชการ

2. อายุวีซ่า
